Cookie Policy
This page explains how Canooq uses cookies and browser storage, and how you can change optional choices.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Websites also use similar browser storage, such as localStorage, to remember settings or support site features.
Necessary cookies
Necessary cookies and storage help Canooq run basic features, remember your cookie consent choice, support forms, improve security, and keep the site usable. These are always enabled.
Analytics cookies
Analytics cookies help Canooq understand aggregate site traffic, page performance, and which tools or articles are useful. Canooq only loads analytics tools after you consent to analytics cookies.
Advertising cookies
Advertising cookies may support ads, affiliate links, referral tracking, partner widgets, or future Google AdSense features. Canooq only loads advertising or partner scripts after you consent to advertising cookies.
Preference cookies
Preference cookies and storage may remember optional interface choices, such as dismissed notices or display preferences, when those features are available.
Consent localStorage
Canooq stores your cookie choice in localStorage under the key canooq_cookie_consent. The stored record includes necessary, analytics, advertising, preferences, updatedAt, and version.
Changing choices
Use the Cookie Settings link in the Canooq footer to reopen the preferences modal. You can accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or save a custom mix.
Browser controls
You can also block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking cookies or localStorage may make some features less convenient or prevent third-party widgets from loading.
